Terms of Sale
Online store sales conditions:
By placing an order through our online store, you agree to the following terms:
Items will only be shipped to the address provided by the customer once the order has been fully paid for using the payment methods established on this website.
Special warranty for Quiavolo car seats against accidents (only applicable to end consumers)
Quiavolo Group SL undertakes to replace the car seat (for the next 12 years from the date of acceptance of the warranty) if it becomes unusable after an accident. This type of warranty must be activated by completing the form. Warranty Activation, which will specify the model, serial number of the chair, purchase date, name, and other contact information. The warranty must be activated within 30 calendar days of the purchase of the chair. After this period, you will not be able to access this warranty extension.
To request a change of chair you will have to fill out the form “Report a claim" where you will be asked for your name, a brief description of the car seat's breakdown, serial number, the accident report (mandatory), and the address where you would like to receive the new car seat. You cannot report a claim if the warranty is not activated.
After completing the form, you will receive instructions on how to send the chair to us (always postage paid) at the following address:

When Quiavolo Group receives the damaged chair, the new chair will be sent to the address indicated on the "Report of a Loss" form. The replaced chair will be sent to a fire station as training material.
If a new car seat is urgently needed, a €300 deposit must be made before completing the information verification and receipt process for the damaged car seat. The deposit will be fully refunded once all procedures are completed. In these cases, please contact us by phone at +34 644818611.
Exchanges, returns and refunds.
If for any reason you wish to return a product, you can do so within 15 days of receiving your order.
You can return a product as long as it has not been used, is in perfect condition, is in its original packaging, and includes all accompanying documentation, as well as any accessories or promotional gifts included.
For safety reasons, used child restraint devices cannot be returned.
In general, returns are not accepted for any product that, due to its nature, cannot be resold.

Returns will be handled by postal or parcel service, and the customer will be responsible for printing the labels.
The cost of the return, if the return shipping costs are handled by Quiavolo Group, will be charged €30 for handling fees.
Money will be refunded up to 30 business days after receipt of the material, provided it is verified as returned in good condition. A bank transfer will be used for the refund.
Delivery deadlines
The delivery time varies for each item (see the manufacturer's terms and conditions) and may vary depending on the manufacturer's stock. However, upon purchase, the customer will be notified by phone, email, WhatsApp, or any other means provided to inform them of any delivery changes.
The stated delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Please note that there may be an additional processing day. During holiday periods, there may be delays in the stated timeframe.
For delivery, the customer must have previously made payment using the payment methods and in accordance with the General Conditions established by Quiavolo.
Manufacturer's specific conditions
QUIAVOLO Conditions: Delivery will take place within 2 business days.
MERCEDES-BENZ Conditions: For orders of Mercedes-Benz and Mercedes/AMG brand strollers and related accessories, the standard delivery time is 45 days. However, it is recommended to check availability. In any case, upon purchase, the customer will be notified by phone, email, WhatsApp, or any other means provided to inform them of any delivery changes.
The standard warranty is 2 years, as per law. Any problems, please write to info@quiavolo.com
Exchanges and returns will be made for products in perfect condition and with the original packaging. Please contact us in case of exchanges and/or returns.
Description of products and services
Offers are duly marked and identified as such. These offers may be modified or canceled without prior notice.
The civil liability of www.quiavolo.com for the products supplied is limited to the value of the products; the user or consumer waives any liability for any other reason in the event of dissatisfaction with the products purchased on this website.
Modification of the General Conditions

Applicable legislation and competent jurisdiction
These General Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these general conditions of sale shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Castellón, Spain.
